At FleetWatcher, we know that reliability is everything. You depend on our platform to keep your operations running smoothly, and we take that responsibility seriously. That’s why we want to acknowledge recent service disruptions that may have impacted your experience.
Some of our long-time customers have shared feedback that FleetWatcher has been a rock-solid solution for over a decade, but in the past month, there have been unexpected outages. We hear you. And while change can come with challenges, we want to assure you that we are actively improving our platform to ensure long-term performance and stability.
As we communicated in January, we recently moved FleetWatcher from a data center in Indianapolis to Amazon Web Services (AWS), the industry’s leading cloud provider. This move was made with your best interests in mind—designed to ensure faster performance, greater scalability, and improved uptime during peak hours.
However, like any major infrastructure shift, there have been growing pains. While the vast majority of customers have seen uninterrupted service, a handful of incidents over the past month have not met our high standards. That’s not acceptable to us, and we know it’s not acceptable to you.
We want to be transparent about the steps we’re taking to ensure a more stable, high-performing experience:
We know you rely on FleetWatcher to keep your operations on track, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service, reliability, and innovation. We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements and are confident that the steps we’re taking today will ensure FleetWatcher remains the trusted solution you’ve counted on for years.
If you have any concerns or feedback, we’d love to hear from you. Your input helps us continue to refine and strengthen our platform.
Thank you for your continued trust in FleetWatcher. More great things are ahead!
