FleetWatcher’s Commitment to Reliability

At FleetWatcher, we know that reliability is everything. You depend on our platform to keep your operations running smoothly, and we take that responsibility seriously. That’s why we want to acknowledge recent service disruptions that may have impacted your experience.

Some of our long-time customers have shared feedback that FleetWatcher has been a rock-solid solution for over a decade, but in the past month, there have been unexpected outages. We hear you. And while change can come with challenges, we want to assure you that we are actively improving our platform to ensure long-term performance and stability.

What Happened?

As we communicated in January, we recently moved FleetWatcher from a data center in Indianapolis to Amazon Web Services (AWS), the industry’s leading cloud provider. This move was made with your best interests in mind—designed to ensure faster performance, greater scalability, and improved uptime during peak hours.

However, like any major infrastructure shift, there have been growing pains. While the vast majority of customers have seen uninterrupted service, a handful of incidents over the past month have not met our high standards. That’s not acceptable to us, and we know it’s not acceptable to you.

How We’re Improving FleetWatcher for the Long Run

We want to be transparent about the steps we’re taking to ensure a more stable, high-performing experience:

  • Infrastructure Upgrades – We’re continuously enhancing FleetWatcher’s cloud environment by leveraging AWS’s scalable and secure infrastructure. These optimizations ensure greater system reliability, faster performance, and enhanced resilience, particularly during high-traffic periods when you need uninterrupted access and peak operational efficiency. Our move to AWS also strengthens data security, scalability, and integration capabilities, allowing us to deliver a more robust and future-ready platform.
  • Support Enhancements – We’ve made improvements in our response and resolution times, including chat support and 24/7 easy access to the help center, so if you ever need assistance, we’re here and ready to help—faster than ever before.
  • Product Roadmap Investments – We’re not just fixing issues; we’re investing in new capabilities like Today’s Projects, CMS Shifts, Live Chat Assistance, Help Centers and upcoming Inspection Reporting that will make FleetWatcher more powerful and reliable than ever.
  • Cross-Product Enhancements – As part of AlignOps, we’re developing integrations and innovations across our broader platform that will deliver even more value to your business by seamlessly sharing data across FleetWatcher, ToolWatch, Safety Reports, and BusyBusy. This connected ecosystem ensures that critical information—whether from the field, warehouse, fleet, or job site—flows effortlessly between solutions, reducing manual data entry, improving accuracy, and providing real-time insights that drive smarter decision-making and greater operational efficiency.

Our Commitment to You

We know you rely on FleetWatcher to keep your operations on track, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service, reliability, and innovation. We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements and are confident that the steps we’re taking today will ensure FleetWatcher remains the trusted solution you’ve counted on for years.

If you have any concerns or feedback, we’d love to hear from you. Your input helps us continue to refine and strengthen our platform.

Thank you for your continued trust in FleetWatcher. More great things are ahead!
