K-Five Construction’s Plans for Improvement in 2022

K-Five Construction

K-Five Construction has been a long-time customer of FleetWatcher. The Illinois-based paving company decided to integrate with software back in 2015 when they were looking for an efficient way to manage their fleet in real-time. The K-five team has since been able to easily monitor the delivery of materials to and from job sites and ensure that the company’s production runs as smoothly as possible.

Due to the progress the company has made since partnering with FleetWatcher, K-five Construction recently announced that they want to have all of their private customers on board with FleetWatcher by the middle of the 2022 construction season. Matt Krug explained that a large factor that led the team to this decision was FleetWatcher’s e-ticketing capabilities. The team mentioned that FleetWatcher offers “Comprehensive ticket data in one location to calculate what their ‘actual’ trucking trip times are, helping to identify any bottlenecks that occurred on the project.”

In the past, if a ticket was lost, it would take a while for it to be recovered. FleetWatcher makes it so that the company can easily search for digital tickets by date, eliminating lost tickets and time-consuming ticket sorting. FleetWatcher can also handle any integrations with e-ticketing vendors or state technologies with no additional work or costs.
